Life is one big Celestial humor?- do you ever think like that. It’s almost like, we have all been shoved onto this bizarre stage without a clear sense of direction, expected to navigate through chaotic narrative of existence with no script to guide us. We are like ants thrown into a jungle gym of responsibilities, anxieties and fleeting moments of happiness just like The Illusion of Time: Chasing the world of fleeting moments – all while struggling to decipher the myriad choices that lie before us. It’s a quest to distinguish between what’s right and what’s just a slightly less appealing version of right. So, as we navigate through this complex maze of emotions and unforeseen delights we strive to make sense of our existence amidst the absurdity of it all, searching the meaning in a realm where chaos and order intertwine with the enigmatic essence of human experience.
Life is basically a DIY (do it yourself) project that arrives without an instructional manual. Surprisingly, it’s a no, before you ask, Google does not have them either. It’s almost comical how we, equipped with noodle-like brain structure, trying to make sense of things. In this whole process, somehow we have convinced ourselves that we are important. The center of universe may or may not actually care.
Chapter 01: Maze of Mind
Our minds operate in a state of perpetual motion, akin to whirlwind of ideas caught in a storm rather than a meticulously organized repository of knowledge. Picture it as a bathtub overflowing with tangled, wriggling spaghetti strands. The strands of thoughts are twist and tangled. It’s no wonder that during meetings or heartfelt conversation with those who are dear to us, we find ourselves suddenly swept away into the labyrinth of our own minds. Questions pop up like bubbles, “Do cats really understand, what is love?”, “Did I remember to turn off the stove before leaving home?”, How many ants do, I have to step on in my life-time before it becomes a problem?”.
Perhaps, in our contemplations, we often find ourselves fixated on the wrong aspects, potentially overlooking the very insights that could provide clarity. Among the myriad path we may traverse in or journey of self discovery, there exists no definitive roadmap dictating the ‘right’ way to navigate existence. Hoping to make the sense of the world around us, we often grapple with the intangible, seeking order amidst the chaos, only to realize that perhaps the beauty of life lies in its very unpredictability and the boundless opportunities it presents for exploration and growth. As there is no “correct” way to experience life- no rulebook, just a big messy sand box.
Chapter 02: When you realize, you’re winning’ it, Just Own It
Our default setting as humans seems to be inherently wired towards planning. We make plans for life, for love, for happiness. The irony, of course, is that life couldn’t care less. The paradox of planning in a chaotic world highlights the delicate nature of our illusion of control. While we meticulously draw up blueprints of our lives, the universe nonchalantly operates in spontaneous harmony, evident in creatures like perplexing platypus. While in doubt just do what platypus does: survive, thrive and be unapologetically weird. To live like a platypus is to embrace the inherent weirdness of existence, to thrive in the midst of uncertainty and to demonstrate that sometimes, the best plan is to have no plan at all.
So, if you don’t know what you are doing (spoiler alert: none of us do), maybe that’s a sign that you are doing just fine. Life is not an algorithm, you can hack. There is no secret code, no master plan, no grand finale where someone stands and say, “Congratulations, you have won!”. We are all in the same boat, navigating through the stormy seas of existence without a compass or map to guide us. And perhaps in the midst of this chaos that we truly find beauty- in the unexpected moments of clarity, in the connections forged through shared struggles and in the realization that perfection is an illusion. So, maybe it’s okay, not no have all the answers, to embrace the unknown and to revel in the wonder of being alive. even amidst the chaos and confusion. Just as Rumi who reminds us that as we take the first steps with trust- the journey unfolds.
“As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.” – Rumi
Chapter 03: An ending! No- Just a Fresh Start
As wrap our discussion, it’s time to distill the essence of our conversation into a meaningful insight that can be shared with this world. What profound wisdom can we encapsulate in a single post for the followers to ponder under the hashtag #deepthought? Our collective reflections and shared experiences have the power to spark contemplation and connections. So as we consider our takeaway, let’s craft a life lesson that not only speaks to us but also has the potential to spark a ripple effect of introspection and growth. Our words hold the power to inspire, uplift and unite , so let’s choose them thoughtfully and with intention.
Here’s my unqualified advice: Sometimes in life its important to simply take a moment to pause, inhale deeply, and appreciate the world around you. You, dear friend exist in a fascinating balance of insignificance and wonder- a miraculous being navigating this vast universe with a blend of awe and humility, it’s as if you are living in a paradox possessing a mind that soars through fantastic realms of imaginations, a heart that beats with profound emotions and yet harboring within you the existential anxiety that might rival even the most jittery squirrel on a caffeine rush. Embrace the madness. Wear it like a badge of honor. And when in doubt remember that the best parts of life often happen when you least expect them.
Or as they say, keep calm and let the the platypus guides you. A creature that defies conventions and expectations, just like life itself. So, as the saying goes on, stay calm, stay curious and let the mysterious platypus be your companion as you navigate through the intricate tapestry of living with all its marvels and mysteries.
